By using standout.shop, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms occasionally — significant changes are communicated by email.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including:
- Stock errors (a piece sold out simultaneously elsewhere)
- Pricing errors (a price was clearly wrong on our end)
- Suspected fraud or abuse
If we cancel an order, we refund any charge in full.
Pricing
Prices are in EGP and subject to change without notice. We honor the price displayed at checkout. Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address and added to your total before payment.
Shipping & risk
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier scans the package as delivered. If a package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 5 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve.
Intellectual property
All site content — photos, copy, logos, layouts — is owned by Standout or our partners. Don't copy or redistribute without written permission.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages — lost profits, missed events, etc.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
