Standout returns


The policy

Not loving it? Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. We just ask that the item be:

  • Unworn (try-on is fine — daily wear isn't)
  • In original packaging with tags, dust bags, and care cards
  • In re-sellable condition

How to start a return

  1. Email returns@standout.shop with your order number and which item(s) you'd like to send back.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
  3. Drop the package off at any USPS location.
  4. We'll refund the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the item.

Exchanges

Easiest way to swap a size or color: place a new order for the piece you want, then return the original separately. We refund as soon as we receive your return — usually before the new order even ships.

Final-sale items

Anything marked Final sale can't be returned (sample sales, custom engraving, last-piece deals). It'll be clearly noted on the product page before you check out.

Mistakes happen. If we sent the wrong piece or yours arrived damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery — we'll cover the return shipping and ship a replacement on us.
