How long does shipping take?
Most US orders ship within 1 business day and arrive in 3–5 business days. International orders typically take 7–14 business days. Express and overnight options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over EGP 75 ship free anywhere in our coverage zone. Below that, it's a flat EGP 9.99.
What's your return policy?
30 days, no questions asked. Send it back unworn with the original packaging and we'll refund within 3 business days of receiving the item.
Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. We work directly with brands and verified distributors. Every piece is authenticated before it leaves our warehouse — no exceptions.
How do I care for my piece?
Each item ships with a care card specific to its material. The basics:
- Metals — keep dry, polish with a microfibre cloth
- Leather — clean with a soft cloth, condition every 6 months
- Eyewear — store in the case when you're not wearing it
- Watches — service every 5 years; never wear in salt water unless rated
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to over 80 countries via DHL Express. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the recipient — local rates apply.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
If we haven't shipped yet, yes — email hello@standout.shop within 2 hours of ordering and we'll cancel without charge. Once it's in transit, treat it as a return.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Free on every order. Add a note at checkout and we'll write it on a hand-numbered card. Yes, even for the EGP 19 keychains.
