This policy explains how Standout collects, uses, and protects information about you. By using our site, you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we collect

Three categories of information:

• Order details — name, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, items purchased.
• Account info — email and password (hashed; we never see plain text), optional marketing preferences.
• Site analytics — page views, device type, anonymous session ID, referrer.

How we use it

Three reasons, no others:

1. To process and ship your orders.
2. To send transactional updates (order confirmation, shipping, delivery).
3. If — and only if — you've explicitly opted in, to send marketing emails.

We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Ever.

Who we share with

We share order data only with the third-party services we need to fulfil orders:

• Payment processors (Stripe) — to charge your card.
• Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL) — to deliver your order.
• Email providers (SendGrid) — to send transactional emails.

That's it.

Cookies

We use the minimum cookies required to keep you logged in and to track basic analytics (no cross-site tracking, no advertising IDs). You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features may not work.

Your rights

You can request a full copy or full deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@standout.shop. We'll respond within 30 days as required by GDPR / CCPA.
