Domestic shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over EGP 75. Otherwise it's a flat EGP 9.99. Most orders ship the same business day if placed before 1pm, otherwise next business day.

International
We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination — usually 4–10 business days door to door.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking takes up to 24 hours to populate after the carrier scans the package.
